  • Once our consultants have established a CRM system for your company, we talk you through our management options and ask you further questions about your business. We'll then create an administrative package for you tailored to your specific needs.
  • After an initial proposal is discussed and approved, we'll map out the scope of the required service including expectations for daily tasks, weekly hours and the duration of the contract.
  • To complement our customer management service, we offer further training, resources and guides to provide additional support so you have the best possible experience with your new system.
  • You can typically expect weekly contact from your support team, a monthly report, and management meetings with our senior members of staff on at least a quarterly basis. For less than it would cost to hire a full time member of staff, you can also benefit from our Monday to Friday, 9-5 telephone and email response service.
