Rob Perry

Rob is a self-confessed CRM and Data Management obsessive. He has over 20 years’ business management experience within the IT, manufacturing and construction sectors. The ‘Customer Relationship’ has always been at the very heart of everything he has done, and organising and automating processes for the mutual benefit of customer and business is what gives him the greatest degree of satisfaction.

Rob has worked on a diverse range of CRM and administration website projects within multiple industries, including: e-commerce, marine, agriculture, ecology, law, insurance/financial services, education, manufacturing, accountancy and software development.

Holding PRINCE2 and ITIL CPD badges, he has delivered a number of very well-received CPD seminars on project management to both academic and corporate audiences.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys running and kayaking around the beautiful landscapes and seascapes of his local area in Devon. He is married with three daughters.


Head of Development & Chief Technology Officer

Guy Randall

Guy is a talented full stack web developer who has a proven track record in a variety of sectors. He is comfortable as a development team lead, data security analyst, data privacy and compliance manager, and infrastructure specialist.

He is responsible for providing assurance when the company is asked to oversee a non-standard technical integration, and for maintaining the technology that powers the organisation’s CRM database engine.

Guy enjoys electronics, Lego, gaming and playing football. He lives in Plymouth with his wife Tracey.


Business Administrator

India Shipway Johnson

After leaving school, India worked in retail customer service and enjoyed her customer facing roles, speaking to customers and problem solving. She gradually transitioned into more administrative roles.

She developed her business administration skills with a Business Administration apprenticeship and really enjoys the customer experience aspect of her current role.

India is excited to expand her role as the company grows and is now also taking on wider training in Project and Service Desk Management.

In her spare time, she can be found spending her time with friends and family or enjoying a range of creative hobbies such as writing or painting.


Data Analyst

Mai (Mellie) Nguyen

Mellie grew up in Vietnam. She worked as a Data Analyst in the telecommunications industry and in investment banking. During this time, she consulted the business department on multiple problems such as acquiring new customers, churn prevention, and product development, as well as how to utilise their customer data analysis and automate the process.

She completed a one-year exchange in Australia, before graduating with a bachelor’s degree with distinction in Business Management.

She has now completed her master’s degree in Applied Data Science and Statistics. She enjoys identifying insightful patterns and trends from numbers.

Mellie loves to explore the world, and immersing herself in multicultural environments.
